Why have I been refused access to a lounge?

Lounges restrict capacity to ensure that guests in the lounge have a pleasant experience. To prevent this happening when choosing a lounge, it's important to check your mobile app or our website. Here you will be able to view opening times. 

If for any reason you are unable to get into a lounge there could be other options available to you, through your Priority Pass membership, at the location where you are travelling. These options include restaurants, bars or sleep pods and will be listed in the Priority Pass app or website.
