My payment failed when I tried to join Priority Pass, what should I do?

Log in to your Priority Pass account you created in the join process. Click on the ‘My Details’ tab and scroll down to ‘Billing details’, enter your new details and click save. You may be prompted to complete a two-factor authentication from your payment card issuer.

Then contact the Member Services team, who will attempt to process the payment. If the Member Services team is unable to process your payment, contact your card issuer.
