I used my payment card to access lounges. Why was I prompted to complete a card authentication?

Due to new payment regulations imposed by the payments industry it is necessary for us to validate the payment cards that we have associated with your membership account. This will need to happen each time you update your card details, or when your payment card expires.

This may happen when you are using your payment card to access lounges.

If you are unable to complete the on-device authentication, you will need to use an alternative method to confirm your membership. We recommend your Digital Membership Card, available in the Priority Pass app once you have created your account and logged in.

*Access using your payment card is not available on all deals.
