Who do I contact if I am unable to access a lounge using my payment card?

We recommend using your Digital Membership Card* in your Priority Pass app, which is accepted by all airport lounges and travel experiences on the Priority Pass programme.

Access using your payment card and Digital Membership Card are not available on all deals. 

For problems regarding using your payment card to access lounges, please contact your payment card issuer.
