What if my payment card is unable to be swiped for access?

You will be unable to complete the entry process and will not be permitted into the lounge. If you have been denied access to the lounge because your card has not been recognised by the lounge device, please contact your card provider.

We strongly recommend that you use your Priority Pass* or your Digital Membership Card* when you visit a lounge.

Alternatively, pre-register your payment card by logging in and updating your details at prioritypass.com.

*Physical Priority Pass cards and/or Digital Membership Cards are not available on all deals.
