What if I don't have my phone to complete two-factor authentication from my card provider?

If the at-lounge payment card validation is unable to be completed through your established security verification methods, you will be unable to access the lounge. We strongly recommend that you pre-register your payment card by logging in and updating your details at prioritypass.com.

Alternatively, use your Priority Pass* or your Digital Membership Card* when you visit a lounge.                  

*Physical Priority Pass cards and/or Digital Membership Cards are not available on all deals.
