I’m trying to pre-book for a flight in a few days, but there is no availability. What can I do?

During the busy holiday season, lounges fill up much faster than usual and Pre-book spaces can sell out weeks in advance. To secure your spot, we recommend booking 1–3 months before you travel. 

If you can’t find availability: 

• Consider alternative lounges at your departure airport. 

• On the day of travel, you may still be able to enter via walk-up access, but this is subject to capacity and not guaranteed.
