What happens if I purchase a Priority Pass membership from another site?

Where Priority Pass membership is purchased and not provided as a benefit, the consumer making the purchase must enrol on our official website for it to be valid and active. Memberships bought through third-party sites or unauthorized sellers may be invalid, unsupported, and are not eligible for customer service, lounge access, or refunds.
