Why haven’t I received my membership card?
If you joined us directly, we'll send out your card in about 3 working days. How long it takes to arrive will depend on where you live - check out the timeframes HERE.
If you received your Priority Pass from another provider like your bank, delivery times can vary. Make sure you order in plenty of time if you plan on travelling soon.
While you're waiting for it to arrive, check to see if you have a Digital Membership Card. It's activated as soon as you register for your account online.
