If you have registered your online account, you can check via our website as to whether you are able to update your card details online. You will be able to view this in the 'My Details' section under 'Billing Details'. Once you have updated this, allow for a few days and the outstanding fees will be settled.
If your membership is a benefit through your bank/card issuer or benefit provider, you may be unable to update your card details online. You will need to contact your bank/card issuer or benefit provider to update these card details for you.
