Log in to your Priority Pass account via the app or online. 

Search for the lounge you plan to visit and if available to pre-book you can click on the  'pre-book' button. Here you will be directed to enter your flight information and payment details. After successful payment, a confirmation of your booking will be promptly sent by email.
