What might be causing the "Pre-book" button to be invisible?

If the "Pre-book" button is not visible, it could be due to caching on your device. Although "Pre-book" access is typically available to all Priority Pass users, occasionally your device may not display this right away. To resolve this issue, we suggest logging out of your Priority Pass account and then logging back in. This action should refresh the application and enable you to access the "Pre-book" button for the lounges that are available
