You can receive a full refund if you cancel your Fast Track booking at least 48 hours prior to the travel date specified in your booking confirmation email.

Bookings cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of travel date, including new bookings made within that timeframe. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 days.
